To help us to create BLUE we ran a series of free creative workshops with some of the local community in Slough.

These workshopes used creative, fun and gentle exercises such as drawing, painting and poetry, to explore people‘s experiences and perceptions of Mental Health in a creative and encouraging atmosphere.

We were committed to ensuring the Workshops are held in a safe and positive environment, where every one felt able to express themselves without fear of judgment.
